This hotel is deplorable. Parking lot full of broken down cars and empty trailers. Receptionist wore tank top and shirts. Hotel walls patched with staples. Cigaret burn holes in everything carpet worped and lifted. Breakfast room (not that I would have ever waten there was an empty room. I'm also pretty sure people lived out of this hotel.
Disgusting ! Stay away from this hotel! Stayed one night and the Police came to the hotel because one of the guests called the police... I guessed they're doing something bad... The hotel smell tobacco... Mold... Roaches at my room.... I can not sleep the whole night because of the dirtiness.. Really uncomfortable!!!
It was in a great location to stay at after a concert at Jiffy Lube Live, however only one of the outlets in the room worked, and we found Skittles on the floor when we checked in. Not the cleanest place I've ever stayed but fine for just one night.
I only needed a room for one night and found this online. Got there late so just went to bed, but when I woke in the morning that's when I noticed the condition of the room. Holes in the comforter, mold in the shower/tub - which the water did not work in, mold on the wall, paint chipping off the walls. When I spoke to the desk clerk when I checked out, he said he was not aware of these issues and would say something to someone... then he preceeding to just lay my receipt on the counter ( not letting me know if it need signed or anything) then sat down and started texting or plying on his cell phone. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Never again will I stay here and I may be leary about staying at any other of this chains hotels.
Location and pricing, For last minute work trip it was the best choice
Whatever you do try to book your stay in Manassas else where... The rooms are filthy, the sheets and comforters have holes, there are stains and dirt on the carpet and there was an aweful smell in the room. It was the worst hotel i've been to in my life. Pay an extra $10-20 anywhere else in the area and you will get 10x the quality than this hotel. NEVER AGAIN!!!
Need an upgrade real bad, but still very good for the price.
The fact of having semi truck parking makes the hotel worth it
The staff is miserable and not professional. Rooms are needed update at least 15 years ago.
chairs are pretty horrible to sit in for more then 5 minutes, sink was slow draining and the tv needs to be replaced. people at the desk were helpful, we'll be back.
Hotel was good. convenient location. lots of restaurants nearby
the hotel was not my favorite place to stay. It's definitely older and there seem to be families living there with children who were loud. At night people would prop the doors open with rugs so people could get in and out I did not feel very safe.as soon as I check in the front desk called me and told me that I needed to keep my children quiet. I had no children with me it was the children down the hall and it was after 11 so that was disturbing. The hallways smell like smoke the room smells very musty.if the only thing you're worried about is saving money then I would recommend this hotel but if you want comfort safety in your room tonight smile like mildew I wouldn't stay at this hotel again
This hotel is gross! The entire building smells like smoke. I had to book this place at the last minute and regretted it! Unless you want to sleep in a room that smells like a cheap bar, stay somewhere else.
Friendly staff but room cleanliness could have been better. Towels & linens need to be updated.
This hotel is horrible, its a last ditch effort for a hotel stay. Don't stay unless its an emergency, beds are small and uncomfortable, day laborers make lots of noise all night, its very dated, as i was at the front desk canceling my reservations the hotel's front desk person mentioned the words suicide and stress relating to her job! Do not stay here!
Just stayed one night. Room was clean, AC worked well, bathroom was cleaning. Easy access to ice and exit. Overall experience was fine.
Every experience was perfect with our stay. Will definitely stay there again.
Clean, neat, comfortable but showing it age. I'd stay again...the price was right.
I chose the hotel specifically for cost, but when a continental breakfast is included, I expect more than toast and waffles. If I was taking the family on a vacation, I would not use this hotel.
Best price int town for weekend event. Hotel sponsoring event was too expensive. This was great location, clean room. Outside door needs room key ot open and is broken so cannot be locked menaing anyone can enter form the side corner at any time. Plenty of good parking and well lit outside.
