Amazing staff. Everything my wife and I would have hoped for. Our favorite was the butler we had. He did an excellent job and made sure we enjoyed our trip comfortably.

It's a beautiful resort and the staff were excellent, breath taking views of crystal clear water all-around. The bungalow We had was very nice and exceeded our expectations. Our Butler was very nice guy and took good care of us. The only negative was the food......I have traveled all over the world all my life, so when I am paying 100-200 dollars for dinner, I expect some level of quality. With that said, the island has 2 restaurants, first floor is European style restaurant. Second floor is a Japanese restaurant. Our first night my girl and I we're at the first floor, the waiter explained they had a nice seafood special for 2 @ a price of $149 which included a lobster tail, some grilled shrimp , grilled squid and some type of white fish. It sounded delicious so we ordered. Sadly, after waiting over an hour for our food, it was not good at all. The lobster was dry and flavorless, the shrimp tasted over cooked, the grilled squid was like rubber and the white fish was not eatable. At that point we just ate what we could and I couldn't wait to pay my bill and leave. The waiter asked why we didn't finish and I explained it was actually terrible. He was shocked and said sorry. I paid and tipped him. The next night we tried the Japanese restaurant, both of us are big sushi eaters so we couldn't wait to try. The service was excellent and we ordered a large amount of food, unfortunately my girl was sick all night after eating there. I informed the staff and the chef apologized .
great room, location, staff. our reason for staying was proximity to the airport, but agreat place for a longer, relaxing stay.

This hotel is a small hotel with lots of personal service. We stayed in a Sunrise Over the Water Bungalow. The rooms were spaces, our Butler, Manu, was very attentive and contributed significantly to us having a great experience. Excursions and water sports from this resort are also less expensive than other resorts so I would suggest paying to do non-unique ones here if you intend to visit multiple resorts like we did.
We were not impressed with the condition of the room. Looks way better in the website pictures. No hot water, must turn off AC when leaving room so you come back to 90 degrees. Staff is friendly I must say and food is good. We had our cellphone taken from our locked room so we search and contacted manager. He put us off for 20 hours and never reported to police. We left the resort as we didn't feel safe. Management asked us to sign a paper saying "we left of our own free will for personal reasons" We were told they wouldn't transfer to sister property unless we signed paper. Overall the worst vacation we have ever had.
This resort was nearly perfect. It was only a short, enjoyable boat ride from the airport. The island itself only a few acres, so if you're looking for a very intimate experience with not many people around, this place is perfect. Our sunrise water villa was beautiful. The open bathroom, outdoor Jacuzzi, glass bottom bathroom, big bed, pool on the deck, water access from our villa was so wonderful. I can't say enough about the wonderful and kind services the entire time. We went on an "hour" long fishing adventure that ended up lasting nearly 2 and it was great! The coral is beautiful, the water is warm, everything was great. Only advise: WEAR SUNSCREEN
