I had a good experience with this hotel. Greeted by 3 lovely reception ladies of which they all spoke English. The buffet was excellent and worth the extra fee. I ate in the bar for lunch and was also exceptional. You can walk from the hotel and there are plenty of grocery stores and accommodations near by. I would go back to this hotel

Las personas en recepción muy amables y solucionan todo

Very nice and competent staff. Great location.the barrio Salamnca is a great neighborhood.

Love the staff, very accommodating! I would highly recommend this hotel.

Did shopping, eat lot of fruits from nearby fruit vendor.if,I come to Madrid,I will stay at this hotel.

Vincci Soma is an excellent option for the price. i only needed a place to crash while I had a 12 hour connection

Service excellent! Room clean and spacious! Location Ideal!

Nice hotel, very centrally located... . great staff, clean and comfortable and spacious room. It's right next to a Corte Ingles so easy to grab things you might need for your trip - like a cell phone. Lots of restaurants bars shops in the area. Overall highly recommend!

The hotel is in a good location and the room comfort is very good! I just missed a swim pool in the Madrid summer.

V good location Close to shops and good restaurant B clean and big rooms Need a taxi to go downtown but not v far

The hotel has a good location, staff is very friendly, rooms are clean. The provided us with a crib for the baby. The hotel has free wifi and a lot of good restaurants close to it. It is a little far from downtown but few minutes by taxi.

My wife and I had the luck of staying at this wonderful hotel while I was attending a course in Madrid. Excellent service, customer service and facilities. Its location is perfect if you want to visit the heart of Madrid.

it was very comfortable. right in the heart of the upscale living and shopping areas.the staff was very kind and helpful. the metro was just across the street. ihad access to all parts of madrid from there. after day one i returned the car.

Not a single bad experience other than the bed was a bit too hard for us. Location was great, very much in the middle of a business district with many stores and cafes available. The metro is right at the street corner with access to all over the city. Staff was friendly and very responsive, rooms (we had 2 of them for my wife and I and the kids) were nice size, very clean, and all the amenities, and housekeeping was great. For the money, can't do any better than this! Have stayed in hotels throughout most of Europe and the U.S. and Canada, this rates up there with any of them.

I found it rather basic, but "correct", the room with limited space, the bathroom decent. Lots of little cafes & restaurants around. "El Corte Ingles" & other stores a short walk away. The underground station close by. Very pleasant to walk around the area. We walked to the Thyssen museum. No complaints, but no "extras".

Subway nextdoor. Plenty of restaurants, bars, stores and a mall nearby.

hotel was in a very good location, easy access to whatever you may need. restaurant and dining options are very good, if slightly understated. rooms are fine, bathroom is adequate, and staff seems accommodating. a good choie.

I KNOW MADRID, I TRAVEL EACH YEAR , I CHOSE LOCATION BECAUSE O GOYA METRO STATION AND PRICE.I WENT SHOPPING . I MISSED A BETTER LESS EXPENSIVE RESTAURANT AT LEAST FOR BREAKFAST.I THINK THE RUGS IN THE HALLWAYS HAVE STAIN SPOTS, THEY SHOULD BE CHANGED.

The location in the city was kind of a bummer - not a lot of pubs or restaurants, etc. But it was very nice, nice size and nice bathrooms. We would stay at a Vinnci hotel again.

Basic and clean. It had everything I needed and a very safe location. Close to amenities (corte ingles, pharmacy, shopping, restaurants) but a little away from tourist attractions. Great if you come just to sleep at night. Unlike other posts, my room was very quiet and restful. Perhaps a little small. Loved the free internet available in their library and staff was great. Arrived 8am in Madrid, but the front desk gave me my room early anyways.
