I loved the hotel. For a 3-star hotel it is great value. It is not expensive at all, the room was clean and spacious, and the location is just perfect, right in the middle of everything and very well communicated to everywhere in the city by public transport. I've stayed in many different hotels in Madrid and the breakfast here is awsome for a 3-star hotel. The WiFi also works very well. Just ask not to be put in a room next to the elevator because you can hear it from your room.

Staff was very helpful. Location cannot be beaten. Room was clean and comfortable. Great value for the money!

Excellent hotel for young people. They provided excellent service. The only issue I had was that I found the beds to be a little hard for my taste.

people this was very nice place if i can get a better room view i was with my family and was no view jus four wall to see my 7 days in there font desk people at nite was more help full that day time just saying

For the budget traveler, not as much as a backpacker, yet wanting comfort and a fantastic location, this is the ideal choice. Great private bathroom, and comfortable beds.

Good location, next to two tourist bus stops and many restaurants and things to do. Room was okay but I expected a bit more out of a hotel chain called "high tech hotels".

For the money, you could get a lot more room nearby. However, the staff was helpful and the breakfast was fantastic

Our plane was late into Madrid so I called and inforormed them we wouldn't be in until about 3am and DO NOT let our paid rooms go. They promised us they wouldn't. When we arrived, I got a room the size of a closet with NO AIR. It was awful and they apologized, but still had sold my double room to someone else for the night and obviously made $$$. They did move me to a fouble room for the next 2 nights and it was nice. I believe I am owed a 50%+ refund for the first night's cost for the deplorable room I was placed in and couldn't sleep.

Fantastic Location. Clean. Quiet, in the very center of Madrid! Very simple furniture and decoration, just the very basics. Comfortable beds. Excellent buffet breakfast.

The hotel is just off Gran Via, a very popular tourist street, with lots of restaurants and shops. Be aware, however, that just a block off is a red-light district (you might want to choose another location if you're bringing kids with you). The hotel rooms are clean, modern, and well equipped. I'd stay here again.

My trip was for family porpuse because my dauther graduate of master not have too much time for seeising See how in Madrid celebrate the winiing of the World Cup There a lot of bargain for summer clearance.

Decent hotel in the location of Madrid that we wanted. Rooms were clean and quiet - everything worked as it was supposed to. Nothing special, but nothing bad either.
