The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - however the rooms looked a bit shabby and dated, they are in need of an update and refresh. The bathrooms were nice and spacious, but the bed part of the room was quite small.
I stayed here because their sister hotel Eurobuilding was sold out of discounted rooms for my conference. This was cheaper, and it showed. The room was a bit small, the desk small, the room temperature control didn’t seem to work - the room was too warm during the day and too cool at night. The main complaint was the shower water temperature was very inconsistent while showering, going from just right to freezing temperature in an instant. There is a noisy playground next door, and there is construction on another side. Breakfast was good, better than a typical continental layout. Overall I would return as an alternative.
Second time stay for 3 nights. Easy to find, 5 min walk from metro on the line direct from the airport. Check in quick and smooth. Room was basic but adequate. Wifi is hit and miss but free. OK for emails and light use. Breakfast is excellent. Lots if choice and good quality but not cheap. In a quiet area so nit much choice of restaurants locally but only 20-30 mins by metro into the city. Good value business hotel.
I have stayed here for 2 nights and I’ve stayed here before as it’s close to the office. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Als the breakfast in the morning has a big variety of fresh food, which was very nice. The bar could be a bit more cosy and looks pretty open with a lot of light. My bedroom was quite spacious but had really passed it’s best time and it would be good for some upgrade. The shower was a bit disappointing with the little water that came out. The bed slept well, which is important of course.
The hotel rooms would benefit from a bit of refurbishment, but even if some of the furniture and equipment was showing its age, the room was clean and ready. Adequate location (close to the Real Madrid football stadium, for those who like that sort of stuff!), within walking distance of the Paseo de la Castellana and the Underground connecting to city center. Breakfast option was a little on the expensive side, but good. The little interaction I had with the staff was perfectly friendly. And all of that at quite a reasonable overall cost too.
I stayed here for a night on a business trip. The hotel was ok, the room was fairly large and seemed clean. I had a room on the ground floor near the entrance which I was concerned would be noisy but it was fine. Nothing really stood out though. There wasn't an iron in my room which is always a bit annoying when on a work trip.
I have never encountered a hotel with such a shortage of staff and staff who are so unwilling to assist or who are disrespectful. The operational processes are inefficient. The bathroom shower and tub in room 714 is extremely dangerous,
Spent a night in NH at the end of a business trip, ahead of flight home the next day. It was booked by a colleague and more by luck than judgement, we discovered the hotel had on-site parking - important as we were using a hire car to return to Madrid. The hotel has a drive-in, drive-out layby for dropping off and once checked in, I was directed to the underground car park with the entrance descending along a narrow, high-walled drive next to the hotel. Even in our VW Polo, access was very tight - if you're in a full size car/SUV, or even a supercar, think carefully before attempting to park! You press a buzzer to get a barrier opened on to about 10 spaces between the many pillars in the basement. Parking can't be reserved but costs 23€ per night. On the other hand, it makes for an exciting driving challenge! My room looked out on the street from the second floor and was both comfortable and spacious. I liked the extra door between the bedroom and the outside corridor that helps mute any guests walking by; this small area had another door leading to the bathroom. The room was relatively peaceful - it did face the street after all - while the AC did make a little bit of background noise. It's not too intrusive though, and there may be quieter rooms towards the back of the hotel. There is a nice quiet bar too. Breakfast was fine with a wide, typically Continental selection and a few cooked options. Service starts at 7am that worked out for us too as we had an early getaway (my colleagues complimenting my low speed driving as we negotiated our way carefully out of the car park!). All in all, a nice hotel and one I'd stay at again. Very close to the Bernabéu stadium if you're attending a game.
Lovely , Clean , Quiet Hotel , Very Helpful Staff and Amazing Breakfast Buffet . Really Enjoyed the Fact that it's Located about 500 meters for Santiago Bernabeu Stadium which made are visit much much happier and enjoyable . Thank you for making our Stay much Nicer and Cooler :) (36-37 ' outside).
The hotel is very well located if you go to a Real Madrid's match. It is just 3/4 stops away from the airport. 5 minutes walk from the metro to the hotel and 5 minutes from the hotel to the stadium. This hotel is not located in the center of Madrid, so I did not recommend it if you stay for a tour in Madrid but is perfect for a visit to the stadium. The hotel is overall good. the breakfast is the best "feature". The rooms are OK as well as the service and the cleanliness.
