CoolRooms Palacio de Atocha was an amazing stay. I will be staying there anytime I am in Madrid. The room was amazing, clean, and the staff was beyond helpful. My original flight was canceled after I was already at the airport, and I called the hotel back, and they were able to squeeze me into another room for an extra night! Superb customer service!!!

We had an excellent experience. This is a boutique hotel with very spacious and beautiful rooms! Lovely decoration. What set them apart was the outstanding service. Everyone is very nice, friendly and attentive. The restaurant has great food and again their service is superb! Alejandro and Eliza went out of their way to make us feel special.
