After our arrival we chose to go stay elsewhere. The place was filthy, graffiti on the outside of the front door. Upon entry to the lobby it was dark, dirty and stinky trash cans inside. There wasn’t any staff. The location would have been great if we felt comfortable but we didnt so we left and stayed at the hard rock hotel in Madrid. We feel like the place was advertised as something more than it was. Unfortunately I was charged 350 $ for my full stay of 2 nights by Expedia but didn’t spend 10 minutes there

The staff on this place was great. They cleaned everyday during our stay. Communication is through mobile and email. Remember this before booking: this is a room with bathroom. No front desk. Both we understood and we didn’t have any problems. Everything was walkable distance. Restaurants, center in Madrid , grocery store you name it. The place was clean. Smells great in the hallway since the washer for the cleaners is by the hall. This street is very busy. If you are a light sleeper this might be an issue. My family enjoyed it. We felt safe. Police dept was just outside as well. There is a luggage locker in case you come in early before check in. I highly recommend this place. We would come back again.

Central location 1 minute walk from Gran Via and the Metro.Communication with the hotel beforehand was very clear and easy too. Room was big and had everything we needed. The room was also very quiet as it didn't face the street. Would stay here again and would recommend to anyone!

This is not a hotel/ We didn't get a code to enter, and there is no reception. I had trouble finding anyone working there. This is a hallway with several rooms. Pictures are misleading. No reception, no security, and no safe in the room. We ended up going to another hotel.
