Nous avons visité Madrid , ses monuments, ses musées et profité de l’ambiance de cette belle ville Nous avons déploré les difficultés d’accès à l’appartement ( serrure connectée « NUKY » non opérationnelle) pas d’indication du numéro d’appartement et opératrice non professionnelle. La rue est très bruyante toute la nuit ce qui nous a beaucoup dérangé . La chaudière très bruyante que l’on devait débrancher tous les soirs , donc pas d’eau chaude le matin pour se faire sa toilette.. elle était en attente de révision …Manque de vaisselle essentielle pour 5 personnes, 1 casserole, 2 poëles, pas de tasse à café, pas de saladier, pas d’éponge ni produit vaisselle ni papier WC ….sans oublier une télevision avec branchement défectueux Pas de parking associé à l’appartement , ni de solution alternative proposée malgré l’annonce sur le site. En bref, nous ne recommandons pas cet appartement et sommes déçus des prestations Cordialement Mme JOSEPH
