This was the second time this month we stayed at this property. They have a convenient shuttle to and from the airport, lovely pool on the roof along with bar with some food service, the room was well appointed and had enough room for large luggage, the bed was comfortable, and the shining star is the on-site restaurant has a nice menu, varied seating arrangement great wait staff and you can watch your meal being prepared in the kitchen by real chefs.

When you walk into the front lobby, you immediately feel the thoughtfully curated vibe. We checked in and immediately headed up to our room to change and hit the rooftop pool. In the room awaited a variety of about 6 complementary local beverages, which was a nice touch! We changed and went up to the rooftop pool area, which had both a separate lounge and bar area. The pool was a great place to hang out in the August heat and the bar drinks were refreshing. We went back to our room after a couple of hours and opted for the room service and the food was superb!!! We took the 7am complementary shuttle the next morning so didn’t get to partake in the breakfast but they did have a coffee bar setup for our convenience. If needing to stay in the airport area, I would be here again in a heartbeat!

I love this hotel, very quiet and relax to walk around. The pool and bar in the roof top was amazing. After I stay and walked in a crowed streets for two days in downtown Madrid I really enjoy to stay in a hotel peaceful and relax place.

This hotel is so nice, super clean, awesome decor, the staff is wonderful! The only trade off would be that it’s far from city center BUT on the other hand it’s super close to the airport. If you are looking for a quieter stay away from the city chaos this is the place for you!

Unfortunatelyni arrived at wrong time (take break 2 hours of day) so i had to get fairly costly uber. I chose this place because of free shuttle so that was a bummer. Staff are very customer-oriented. I had a problem with my meal and several employees and manager were so concerned and did everything possible to make it right. 2nd time here, id stay again. Close and convenient to go to airport. Rooms clean, bed comfy.
