Cute place & room with a balcony but noisy. We could hear people talking in the rooms next to us and even down the hall. Thin walls I guess were thin and the most uncomfortable bed. No coffee with sugar for you either. It was a cool shoulder situation as far as even asking for sugar which you have to pay for the coffee so.

They gave us a room with no bathroom door, they were renovating the room they said when we complained and asked for another. They barely spoke any English at all and were just very unfriendly. We didn’t get another room because, we would have to pack up, put our bags in storage and hope for something to come up. Our pre booked Prado tickets made that impossible. It was an expensive room. Also, our “window” looked out onto a shaft!

We could hear the people in the rooms next to us. So not a quiet restful sleep. A little noise from outside as well. But we live in the countryside and we’re not used to the city noise. This may not be an issue for everyone. I’d choose another location next time for those reasons & the uncomfortable bed. But what a cool balcony & the bathtub in the bathroom was nice as well. There was no sugar for the coffee I paid for in the lobby, I asked. The location is very close to several major shopping districts and good restaurants.

Great location; very walkable and subway station is close by. It's not too close to the big street and seems to be in the more residential area, so it gets quiet at night. it was spacious and clean. I'd stay here again!
