Booked here for one night only as needed somewhere to stay and quick before flight home next day. Easy to book. Good pool. Upto date and clean rooms and pool area. Couldn't fault the place. Had free shuttle bus to airport. Only slight down side staff on reception looked like they didn't want to be there, but they did print items off for us. Recommend if need one or two nights accommodation.
The place is very nice, quiet and clean - the room was cleaned daily , and it is located close to the airport and if u have time for shopping, there is a very nice mall in the area, called Plenilunio ( around 5 min walking) and also an Aldi store. During our stay - the end of may- the weather was very hot but unfortunately the access to the pool was forbidden since it only opens in June.. which we did not know when we booked the apartment. Another small problem is the so called ”fully equipped kitchen”...meaning actually no plates, no cutlery, no glasses, no dishes...no drama if you have no intention of cooking. P.S. great wifi
This place advertised the pool and when we get here its closed until june 10 we're here on memorial day weekend i mean i believe it should be open by now its like 100 degrees outside. Also we booked this place because of the kitchen, come to find out there were no kitchen utensils. We find out later that you have to request it. The front desk is suppose to mention this things as soon as you check in. Another problem is that we got breakfast deal through booking.com and the hotel doesnt NOT want to honor that deal. FALSE ADVERTISING. And we cant get our money back.
We chose this hotel as it was situated close to the airport and a free shuttle was provided. It was less than a 10 minute walk to the bus stop which took us to the metro and the staff at reception gave us the necessary information. The apartment was very clean, the cafetaria on the main floor served a decent buffet breakfast and light meals were available during the day. We stayed for 2 nights and would definitely consider this hotel if we visited Madrid again.
This hotel advertises a pool very clearly, I was going to go with an AirBNB but as this was a summer holiday and with no beach near Madrid I went with this hotel, JUST BECAUSE OF THE POOL. I was there May 14th... it was 30 degrees outside. I went to go use the pool and it was Closed. I went ot the reception and I'm told 'Its closed until summer'... what planet are these people on? 30 degrees ... its time to open the pool!!! they said it says this on the listing but it doesn't, it just says (Seasonal)... well guess what... its not December... its May !! and boiling hot. Absolute joke. They also over charged us every day for breakfast at the restaurant, it says on booking.com 5 Euro, but they charged 6.95. The apartments have a full kitchen, with no oven... again very weird! Because of all these things, I will never stay there again. I've contacted the hotel requesting a full refund, no reply as of yet.
Massive hotel / temporary apartments in an industrial / office area. Not really an appealing environment, but it's close to the airport and the free shuttle service is good and flexible. Apartments with kitchen, flatscreen tv and bathroom (with bath) are clean and functional, but nothing more. Noise isolation could be better. Attached restaurant / cantina offers overpriced food. The service is what you can expect from big places like this: on par but nothing special. We asked for a quiet room, and they booked us on the same floor as a school of teenagers, which was not very quiet at all. It's okay as a stopover because of late incoming or early departing flights, but if you're looking for a place to stay for a few days and visit Madrid, try to find something else. One extra point for the flexibility of the shuttle service, they do a good job.
We stayed her for one night, check in was quite slow and the receptionist told us we probably wouldn't be able to sleep in the cafeteria as there was a large group in there. The room was fine with a separate kitchen living room, bedroom and bathroom. No hair dryer or kettle unless you pay a deposit. There were a few large groups consisting of school trips for younger children and teenagers and adults. The school groups seemed to be everywhere. We did manage to eat in the cafeteria and whilst the good wasn't specatular it served a purpose and was not overly expensive. Breakfast was in the same place and by chance we arrived as one school group was leaving and finished as a large group of adults arrived. Breakfast had a good choice of pastries, fruits and meats. The hot options were booked eggs and fake mini sausages. We took a taxi to the hotel from the airport which cost a whopping €27 for 5 mins in a taxi. We used the free shuttle service to get back to the airport which was great. It only goes to terminal 1 and you have to request it in advance.
I stayed here for almost a month. Pros: Near Airport, shopping mall and markets Rooms with kitchenette.( Kitchen utensils available for a deposit of Euro 20) Cafe, Airport shuttle free Wifi free, Pool Front office can understand English Microwave and washing machine Elevators in the building Car parking Con Far from the main city. Metro closest was 20 min walk to (Alameda de osuna metro ) or by bus to canalejas metro Wifi was not good The lady at the reception was not good at her service. I was practically standing for long and she kept doing her work and not looking to address me. The maintenance was also good. We had a light issue and that was resolved quickly. Baring 2 days the housekeeping was done regularly.
Clean, adequate and efficent. Good cafe for dinner due to early flight missed breakfast. They had a nice pool and all units on they ground floor had enclosed patio with tables and chairs.. would be safe with young family.
