Staff was nice, rooms were large, location was good, hotel & rooms were well kept and clean, and the price was reasonable. The beds were *really* comfortable. You can’t ask for anything more! I even had a room (312) immediately next to the elevator which I was worried about, but I didn’t hear a single thing! I would definitely stay here again.
I️ just spent a week at this hotel. For the area, this is a fairly nice hotel. The lobby looks a lot nicer than what the rest of the hotel does though. The hallways and rooms are much more dated than the modern vibe of the lobby. Breakfast was good, but the ladies working the breakfast area make it clear they want you gone out of the dining area as soon as the clock strikes 9:30 am. My biggest complaint is the loudness of some of the employees. The maids are cleaning rooms pretty much all day, shouting down the halls to each other, slamming room doors, just being inconsiderably loud. I️ wish they realized that some guests are actually in their rooms during the day. Also, there is some sort of outdoor smoking area all of the employees congregate at several times a day. It was right outside our room and we could hear them all day long. Really bothersome when you’re trying to relax. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because it is supposed to have a heated pool and hot tub. The hot tub was down and empty our entire stay and the pool is absolutely freezing. No swimming for us so I️ wish we would have stayed at the Courtyard or Holiday Inn instead.
Had a one week stay due to Hurricane Irma. I had surgery two days prior to our stay. This hotel and staff were AMAZING!!! Everything was clean, the beds were very comfortable. The hot tub was out of service but our grandchildren enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was wonderful, however the lady fixing the breakfast was the only person at the hotel [and the entire town!] that was not friendly. This hotel was randomly chosen and we didn’t realize that it was overall one of the nicest hotel stays ever! I would come to this town just for a visit. Very close to Atlanta, but still in the country. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job. We left this hotel and felt like we were leaving family behind. There were many hotels around us, but I would highly recommend this one. Very spacious rooms!
This is a typical Fairfield Inn with a great staff. The rooms and lobby area were very clean. Breakfast was good. Where this hotel shines is in it's employees, most notably Gabby at the front desk who was very helpful to our group and displayed excellent customer service skills.
Clean hotel and room! Large rooms. Professional and friendly staff. Can't wait to stay here again. Comfy beds and sheets. No lotion in room. The elevator does make weird sounds.... but it works..................
Stayed here on way back from FL. Desk person was exceptional. Pool was nice, rooms were clean. Overall the hotel is very well kept will stay again! We ordered pizza foe the family hotel staff provided plates they were all very helpful.
Typical Fairfield Inn. Queen beds were very comfortable and bathroom was clean. We needed a few extra bath towels and front desk was more than happy to provide. Used the guest laundry room which was ok. Very close to the aviation museum which is awesome
Stayed as a stopover on a family trip to Florida. Check in was quick and easy and was pleased to be upgraded to an executive suite. Asked in advance for a roll away because 17 year old daughter didn't want to sleep with her 15 year old brother. It was in the room and ready to go when we arrived. Room was quiet and the beds were soft and comfortable. Breakfast, included with stay, was a nice addition. Fairfield has recently upgraded their breakfast. It includes eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy as well as coffee, juice fruits and oatmeal.
First & foremost, I took the stairs most of the time. The elevator creeped me out, made lots of rude noises, nothing wrong w/ it but I just wasn't feeling it. The staff girl was awesome. We were meeting family there and we were able to use their meeting room to visit. Bed, pillows, shower, towels, fridge, microwave. I didn't really care for the breakfast.
Our family was in town for a large reunion, and despite being a little noisy at times and taking up a lot of space, the staff were very respectful. They provided tableware and cutlery when we had large dinners, and even let us use a conference room for one of our meals. The location was great, gym and pool were fairly standard, and the rooms were nice, but the service was what really stood out for us. Would definitely come back again!
