Would stay here again without hesitation. Came up for the birth of a new grand baby. It was a surprise because she was a month early. The staff was very accommodating. Nice, quiet and clean room welcomed us upon arrival.
Typical Hilton Garden Inn to an extent with new flooring in rooms but unlike other Hilton Garden Inns, this one does not have separate usb ports like those found in other hotels. I brought this upto the manager and of course I was given a nice long excuse.On another note, the bedding provided a well night's rest on the typical Hilton Garden Inn type of bedding providing creature comfort well rested feeling of refreshment. Housekeeping was awesome with a sprinkle of freshness and spotless. Digital key worked wonderful and was very quiet room. Bathroom was clean and fresh with Neutrogena products and the rooms are large, spacious, and very comfortable. Check in and welcomed as a diamond member and several wonderful team members such as Key, Lynn,Jaquee, Renee,the two breakfast girls and the manager were all superb. Kayleigh the server was super sweet and delivered the best customer service as is on par with everyone else who provides a welcoming atmosphere.
As I pre-book my overnight stays to Florida, I had booked two Hilton Garden Inns and after my first night stay I was unable to cancel the second night. We were given a handicap room, which I never booked. When I spoke with the front desk the reservation lady’s comment was “well you must have booked it”. I would never book a handicap room which should always be saved for a handicap individual. She said there were no other rooms....when I said we wished to cancel, she conveniently found us another room. Two very disappointing experiences with Hilton. My advice to travellers book Hampton Inns or Best Western Plus. As a Hilton Honors person, I would expect much better hospitality.
Stayed in this hotel with my husband and our service dog for 2 nights and it was a very pleasant stay. The hotel was very accommodating at all times. We enjoyed it so much we will definitely be staying here again!
Magnificent stay each time I visit this and other locations. The staff is great, delicious food, and very nice rooms. I will stay at Hilton properties whenever I travel. I'm disappointed when there is no Hilton in the area where I'm vacationing. I look forward to my next stay.
Stayed overnight while traveling. The first room had a loud, deep humming noise that was so loud. We waited about 10 min. and the sound continues. Went to the front desk and complained. They were able to find another room, the hotel was pretty full, and we moved rooms. Second room better, no loud sound! Hot tub and indoor pool, no free breakfast, had a bar, and place to eat. Plenty of restaurants within driving distance to choose from.
I stayed at this location approximately 19 times from Aug 2015 through Sept. 2017. Always received fantastic customer service from all of the staff, including Jim the bartender, Kayleigh the waitress, and everyone else on staff. The chefs in the on site restaurant were always willing to accomodate my preferences and I have never had a bad meal there. (Note to management: the menu could use a little more variety and less spicy seasonings, but it's tasty food at least.) The beds are -extremely- comfortable, and this is by far the cleanest hotel in all of Warner Robins. In the same time frame, I stayed several times at other properties in WR that were half the price and deeply regretted every one of those stays. I will not stay at any other hotel in Warner Robins now. Seriously. It's worth paying a little more for the best. They deserve their #1 ranking - they've earned it.
The location, and the facility were outstanding. Everything from the lobby to the room was well kept and modern. My stay was enjoyable, and I would gladly be willing to stay there again when I am in the area again.
The Garden Inn is a good, clean hotel with nice amenities. The breakfast was prompt and well-made, the coffee was hot, and the room was comfortable. Be aware -- I booked with a third party site and the Hilton Garden Inn does not honor breakfast if it is included with your booking. They gave me a voucher for my meal, but please verify beforehand whether you are to be charged extra for breakfast.
Stayed New Year's eve in route to Florida, didn't even hear the fireworks. Hotel was nice and quiet away from the main road. Breakfast was nice and it is a good 1/2 way point from Nashville to Cape Coral.
