Great check-in employee. She was very professional and welcoming. The breakfast has been reduced from our last stay. It was not a problem with the breakfast staff. The room was clean. The mattresses were "ok". The clock didn't work right and the constant strobe light was annoying. We wished there were vending machines instead of having to go down to the first floor and pay those snack prices at the front desk.

Sasha went above and beyond when we needed to adjust our stay. She was so very polite and considerate. She should be commended for her excellent customer service skills and representation of Best Western. The breakfast staff were both very accomodating and personable. The maintenance gentlement was also very polite and willing to accommodate any needs that arised. We were very impressed with the room accomodations and cleaning services. The breakfast bar was awesome and enjoyed it each day. Our room had some areas in the bathroom that were not very clean and I meantioned to the front desk staff member at cleckout
