I had a very quiet and peaceful stay the staff was excellent and prompt when asked about things that I needed, like an ice bucket or some place to eat. I slept just fine no noises at all. Thanks for the wonderful stay 😁
2 white females (professional females) staying there for 1 night traveling back home. Accidentally booked the wrong Super 8 bc of this hotels poor rating!! Orbitz said it is non refundable. Trust me, I tried to change Super 8's! 1 night. What could go wrong......Checked in and paid a $10 deposit for 'security' that would be returned upon checkout. Wierd but ok. After I went to my room, the refrigerator was not plugged in nor was it working. I went back to the front desk, only the manager was there, and asked for an extra sheet. He harassed me for my reasoning. Finally, I said bc there is a stain on the sheet and I'm going to cover it with the sheet you give me. He said I am writing a note that I have given this to you, and you need to return it upon checkout! I said no problem. Upon checkout, I brought the sheet w me and key (not plural). The manager went to our room to 'inspect' it. He looked beside both beds, made sure the tv was working, lifted up sheets, and went into the bathroom and flushed the toilet and ran water..??!! Then we walked back to the front desk and he handed me my $10 back and asked me to sign the back of paper that had my drivers license copy. My signature wasn't to his standards and once again he harassed me to sign it better. I scribbled everywhere and left. Corporate will be notified of this situation. And hopefully ban you from their franchise!!
