Only reason didn’t mark it excellent is because staff was literally lurking outside our door and watching us load our stuff from room into our van at 11:00 am on the nose. They saw us leaving. We are traveling with a disabled child so it takes a few trips to get all our stuff out of room and loaded. They could have walked away for a few minutes and come back. Made us feel quite uncomfortable to say the least.

Staff was nice, room floor was very dirty and made my feet black. There was little stuff all over the floor. People love to slam their car and room doors! Black hair on sink and towel. Bath mat was stained, ironing board was rusty. Walls were dirty. Otherwise ok.
