She was working at the front desk checking people in, doing laundry in the back room, making coffee and trying to fix the online reservation system which was incorrectly showing no available rooms. I didn’t see or hear any other ..."

"Stop overnight on a road trip. It seemed like guests were mostly out of town construction workers, some of which liked to hang around the front entrance. I would suggest they use an outdoor area with seating."
