I entered the hotel and I had the pleasure of meeting who was training Austin. I was the first check in for Austin during his training. Everything went smoothly and there were no problems. The fellows very friendly, nice, welcoming and accommodating. The room was nice. There was a nice size flat screen tv on the wall with a bright clear picture. There were two very comfortable beds. Once you get in them you don't want to get out. The bathroom room has hand soap and lotion pumps mounted on the wall, while the bathtub has bath soap, shampoo & conditioner pumps mounted on the back shower wall. Quiet time is 10 pm - 7 am. The hotel is situated in a good location. There's places to eat, shop and entertainment nearby.

Overall good

Overall, everything was good. The tile in the foyer and bathroom was very slick, so I cleaned the tiles with the towels in the bathroom. They were pretty dirty from looking at the towels. It's not a huge area, but I felt more comfortable not sliding and knowing they were clean. The shower also had mold in the corners and a dirty shower pan. I got a good nights sleep so that's most important. Holiday Inn has nice pillows.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The location felt safe, the staff was professional and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. We arrived late at night, and check-in was quick and easy. The parking area was secure, and the overall environment was quiet and relaxing. My family really enjoyed the breakfast and the pool. It was a perfect stop during our road trip. Although pets weren’t allowed inside, we had to leave our small parrot in the car with the windows open, and thankfully everything went fine. A small pet-friendly option in the future would be a great addition. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Rude staff

The person that checked us in did not make eye contact, she did not speak clearly, no instructions on elevators or breakfast. Just mumbled what time breakfast was. Very rude as far as I’m concerned. Very impersonal for someone working in the service industry. Other than that stay was very good.

We had originally reserved a room with two queen size bed for there was four people traveling. When we got to the hotel, they gave us a room with a king bed and a pullout couch. This is not what I was expecting and therefore, we had two people that had to sleep on an uncomfortable pullout couch after driving in the car for 13 hours. This is unacceptable and I should’ve been notified that they had no double rooms left. I should not just have been given a different room with one bed and a pullout couch.

Stay was mid. Tv was broken and bed sagged bad. Breakfast was poor. Juice machine was warm and pancake machine was broken. Shower was very weak stream. Stayed at a TRu 5 days previously and it was way nicer and better everything. Do better.
