This property looks nothing like the photos posted! The pool was not filled with water but instead what looked like urine it was filthy; I have pictures! The front desk receptionist spoke so fast and had no knowledge of the computer system she looks visibly like a drug addict. They gave us our room keys after waiting nearly 20 minutes only to our surprise we walked into the room and someone else was already staying in that room. I was embarrassed and afraid for my children staying in that hotel would have been the worst decision they could have given a key to anyone to walk into our rooms! The facility was disgusting filthy from the outside and worse inside the smell of the halls was like drugs and it quite literally looked like a brothel. Please stay far away from here for safety!

Mold & Mildew

The hotel was filthy. The room smelled of mold and mildew. I had to go buy a bottle of febreeze because the room smelled so bad. The hallway was scorching hot. I was very upset. I had stayed there 20 plus times before and it was always 5 star. This time I wouldnt even give it half a star. We had to travel down to their other hotel to take our children swimming and when we approached the lady qt the desk she told us we could this time since we had already been told by our hotel but they dont usually do that. I felt like a bum. I was seriously disappointed overall.

Needs a major renovation / maintenance

This was just a stop on the way north. We wouldn't stay again. While the staff was very friendly but the building is not well maintained. The carpet everywhere is old and dingy as is the furniture and fixtures. The lighting in our bathroom was barley sufficient to see over the sink. Could hardly see in the shower. Not that we had any interest in swimming, but the pool was filled but it was green and had weeds a foot tall growing through the cracks in the pool deck. The breakfast offering was what you would expect from this type of hotel. Typical eggs, sausage, etc.

Thank you very much to the staff, the girl at the reception, unfortunately I don’t know her name, she worked on the evening of June 21, she helped us with the room, there were problems with the rooms, she replaced them for us with cleaner and more comfortable ones, she did everything so that we were happy and stayed. We stayed there last year and everything was fine. This year, hotel is being remodeled. We were put on the 5th floor, air conditioning not working well (81 degrees), room was moderately cool; many workers on that floor, they left lots of beer bottles and pile of used towels in front of our door when we tried to leave the next morning (tripping hazard for 90 year old mother), stood in 4 inches of water in the tub, breakfast (at 8:00 am) was sparce and didn't seem to be replenished. Spoke to staff twice about the air conditioning - first time they told me there was nothing they could do, the second time, that's when they told me it was being remodeled. We will stay elsewhere next time.
