This was a great place to stay. Totally charming and wonderful. With two exceptions. Our room leaked from above so we had to move to another room, an upgrade. They said it was a free upgrade, but billed us an addition $200 for one night. In the process of asking for a refund. still, the best of our hotels in Europe.
The hotel was unique and so cozy. The amenities were fabulous. The grounds were stunning and the staff was polite and helpful. We can’t wait to return!
