My partner and I stayed here in June this year. The room was lovely and modern, and very clean. We found it to be in a great location with a tram stop right outside which took you to the town centre one way and the zoo the other direction. We thought this hotel was a very good price for what we got and would definitely return. I totally loved Wroclaw... my new favourite place in the world

I spent two nights in this hostel and the service was so good. Employees speak English well, it is located near the train station and so near most of the city transports and it is easy to find. It can be ideal both for a family or a single person, rooms are comfortable and quiets.

Good location - near to main railway station - 10 minute walking distance. Room clean and tidy with nice bathroom. WIFI speed enough. TV didn't work on my arrival, but after I reported this to reception - it has been fixed in few hours. Unfortunately I was no able to turn off air conditioning, and when I noticed that to reception it was already too late to fix it. In that case they proposed me room replacement, which was very nice, but not an option as my kids already slept. I was very satisfied with service which was very helpful during all my stay. And breakfast was for that price very good and tasty - with lot of different meals. Very good value for money.

Room size decent, it's clean. But. It is ICE cold and on top of that, ice cold wind is blowing from the air condition even if it's turned off. We have notified the staff after arrival and they claimed, that they would send someone to fix it. That was yesterday and I'm checking out tomorrow. Nothing will change. I have basicly paid for a room that is just as cold as it would have been to sleep in my car. I am very disappointed and will not be back here.

I stayed at the Campanile while on business and the rooms were clean, the bed comfortable and the staff were lovely. Everyone I interacted with on staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant has a very limited menu, but they do have a buffet which appeared to have a greater variety. The housekeeping often forgot little things like replacing the coffee or taking away dirty dishes. It was conveniently located, next to a tram stop and within walking distance of the Market Square (about 30 minutes). Although not a fancy place by any means, I enjoyed my stay.

The Campanile is a budget hotel, however, with a full breakfast and a bar. I would have given the hotel three stars but due to the bad housekeeping, I am down to 1½ star: upon arrival in my room the toilet seat was loose. I assume that the housekeeping would have passed on the information to management in order to get the toilet seat fixed. Returning to the hotel the following day the seat was no longer attached to the toilet and the screws and hardware was in the toilet. NASTY!!! As for the cleaning of the room I am not impressed at all, I am used to bring up coffee to my room. The dirty cups were not being removed by housekeeping so after a few days I decided to put my pile out in the hallway, at least it was removed from there… The beds in the room are very short: My height is not more than 176 cm and I felt the bed was too short. I wonder how it is going to feel if you are 180 cm. And finally the WIFI: The hotel has free Wi-Fi however, it is a social Wi-Fi at it did not work for my phone at all – a shame that this is Something that I would take for granted in any hotel. Would I recommend the hotel? Probably not, I am sure that there are other hotels will do better for the same price; alternatively, I would probably choose Air B&B for my next time in Wroclaw.

first at all I want to express my opinión because I am staying every ten days in this hotel (no other chance to change) and what for ones seems to be occasionally is the same problem each time. They host groups of travellers but they are not ready for that. The rooms are simple, nothing special and sometimes they do not even clean them the worst part is the breakfast, for 9 euros I expect better quality mostly becuase If I do not like the breakfast how do they expect me to have dinner??? So today I ve decided to write because is the first time I see in a hotel instead napkins, towel paper...If they are not having enough stock of napkins how they are going to have ready the eggs .. of course I do not know If is Karma who follows me but anytime I go to have my breakfast do not have anything (and I ve changed schedules to see If was about the timing..) Please changed!!

We have really enjoyed the room, very nice, and the staff was helpful. The only thing that needs improvement is the food, because all the rest is very good. Easily accessible from the center with tram.

We booked 4 rooms as part of a weekend break. The reception staff were very nice and helpful in sorting our rooms out and sorting breakfast query. However the breakfast selection, was not really to our taste. There was no toaster and the scrambled eggs were not very appealing and we're not replenished when empty. Juice was watered diluted orange drink. Hotel was clean and quiet and bar staff friendly

I've been here for a business trip and spent a whole week in. We had a small but clean room, although beds were quite narrow and windows were small. Staff was nice and happy to help, and the hotel prepared very nice, warm food in the afternoons with open-buffet. Well done for that lasagne! ;)
