House includes a king bed in a master suite and four BRs with queen beds. House was built in 2018 and is 4000 sq ft. The finished basement includes a bar, pool table, card table, bedroom, full bath, and 110 inch projection TV. The exterior of the house includes a heated pool, a 6 person hot tub, and grill. The house sits on approximately 6 acres, is surrounded by woods and is extremely private.
Churchill Downs is an easy 30 minute drive. Valhalla Golf Club is approximately 7 miles from the house. Rental has the potential to include transportation to and from locations for an additional negotiable fee.
