5BR/3.5BA house located in Louisville, Kentucky home of the Kentucky Derby and the 2024 PGA Championship at Valhalla. This house sleeps 10 comfortably. House includes a king bed in a master suite and four BRs with queen beds. House was built in 2018 and is 4000 sq ft. The finished basement includes a bar, pool table, card table, bedroom, full bath, and 110 inch projection TV. The exterior of the house includes a heated pool, a 6 person hot tub, and grill. The house sits on approximately 6 acres, is surrounded by woods and is extremely private.
Churchill Downs is an easy 30 minute drive. Valhalla Golf Club is approximately 7 miles from the house. Rental has the potential to include transportation to and from locations for an additional negotiable fee.

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a patio and 3.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and an ironing board.

Super property

Great stay. Lots of bedrooms and a huge nice finished basement to watch the horse races, play cards, shoot pool etc. The hot tub and pool are nice. We used hot tub but it was too cool to swim. Response time from host was excellent. Nice touches were left for us for our Kentucky derby stay. Would definitely use again for Derby weekend!

Great secluded place, great hosts

The property was very nice, well kept, very clean. Lots of room for everybody. The host was very responsive and they went above and beyond to help us out. The property is a bit outside the city, so we had a little trouble ordering pizza, but that's bad on Bearno's. Had some trouble for whatever reason getting enough Ubers, so the host graciously went out of their way to help us get there! That was amazing and super nice! Property felt secluded and away from neighbors. Loved it and recommend to anybody.
