I do not recommend anyone to reserve in this hotel as it is in a middle of a dangerous area and a lot of a drug dealer at night will gather and start screaming and try to get in your room if you are out of neighborhood! Keep away from this place as you can ! I don’t know why Orbitz have it in their app ! As a fan of all hotels in orbitz but this will be the last time I will use orbitz ! trusted
We were first given a room that had not been cleaned. Others were checking in as well, so when we went back to the lobby the representative was getting overwhelmed with no help and was verbally unprofessional in her complaints. Our next room was not much better, but we were exhausted. The shower curtain had bodily fluid on it, the bed had 2 clumps of nappy hair, and between the bed and nightstand there was visible dirt and trash. There was no hairdryer or coffee pot which seem to be standard in most hotels. The neighboring room was noisy and there seemed to be a few homeless people hanging around in the balconies (it was raining). We did not feel safe and couldn't wait to check out.

The front desk worker was very rude an there was dead bugs everywhere on the walls where they were killed an neighbors ran in an out an was very loud
