We had an amazing week at this resort! Staff were super friendly and professional. The resort itself is definitely a 5 star and within close proximity to Playas de Las Americas and Los Cristianos where all the restaurants, bars and BEACHES were at. The pool, jacuzzi and bar in the pool was amazing! They offer free shuttle services to the beach area. We had a rental so we drove 5-10 min if that. The husband and I took cab each night to the city area so we both could enjoy ourselves without having to drive back which cost us about 7€ one way....not bad at all. Will definitely recommend and plan on coming back to this same resort next time around. There's lots to do with the kids that within 5 min away. Siam park, camel park, jungle park all nearby.
