This 4-bedroom, 4.5 bathroom luxury villa provides up to 10 guests with private access to Médano Beach and is just a short walk away from the huge array of dining and nightlife opportunities in Cabo. The villa is situated within the gated Hacienda Beach Club, and guests can enjoy all the benefits the club has to offer including a full gym, exercise classes, miniature golf, several pools, daycare and restaurants.

Villa #1 at Hacienda beach club is the closest villa to access all the beach restaurants
and bars and is the only villa with its own private access to Medano Beach. It was recently renovated in late 2020 and beautifully decorated in a contemporary Californian style. All four suites provide beautiful views, with the generous master suite’s private balcony offering the best view of them all.

The best part of this villa was the personal chef services of Max and Hugo they were absolutely incredible and accommodating to our every wants/needs. The food was to die for, I couldn’t have asked for anything more. We actually opted to eat in instead of go out. The concierge was fabulous and extremely attentive they were very helpful and also responded quickly with any issues or questions we had. The villa is beautiful, clean and location is superb. Wonderful vacation all around we had the best time ever!!

Outstanding villa and rental experience.

This Villa is a super premium experiennce. It is very spacious, well equipped, and part of a fantastic resort with a great restaurant and spa. It was also spotlessly clean.Beach access is easy, the pool was nice and warm, and you can walk to the marina or Medano beach restaurants in minutes. We hope to be back soon!

Hands down, the most beautiful house, in the most amazing setting, with the greatest hosts - our stay in Villa One was perfect from start to finish!! The hosts are super responsive and helpful in answering questions; the house is gorgeous, in a prime location and perfect for a large group; the staff at Hacienda Beach Club and Residences were awesome. This was our 2nd time staying at this villa! It is a beautiful property.The staff is wonderful and friendly. We enjoyed the spa, restaurant, gym and pickleball courts. Love that the marina is so close and walkable, providing a lot of activities, restaurants and fun bars to stop in for a margarita and chips and guacamole.

Amazing stay at wonderful Medano Beach Villa

We've stayed at these villas before and love them. This one is on the end which has its perks (you're near everything) and disadvantages (sound at night- which typically ends around 10pm). Ultimately though this house and the amenities were awesome. It's nicer and more modern kept than the others. Everything works. The golf cart provided is 6 man and a game changer for a larger family (others only have 2 or 4 or none). New Year's Eve we had the absolute best possible view for fireworks (literally just down in front of our villa). Communication with the owner was speedy and helpful.

Beautiful Villa on the Beach

We loved this villa! The location is great with a short walk to the Marina and good restaurants. The Hacienda Residences and Beach Resort is fabulous with great food and service. We were able to pre-order groceries that were delivered prior to our arrival. There were 7 of us staying at the villa with lots of room. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable beds.

From the moment I booked Villa one. First last year and then again this year, The communication with the host, Vanessa and the entire team at the Hacienda Beach club residences staff, Was top notch. We had a VIP experience. Aside from the property being spectacular and the accommodations providing us an above par environment for our stay, Vanessa, Paula , and the entire team at the Hacienda beach resort were always available to answer questions, and make arrangements For shuttles, dinner, reservations, and anything else we needed. AMAZING Villa!

This Villa is beautiful and very well maintained. Great views and wonderful location. It is noisy with the bars located so close, but we expected that. The outdoor fireplace wasn’t working, but it was an amazing property. The resort staff were beyond helpful and responsive. The resort was so beautifully manicured and so clean. Thank you!
