Vagabond Inn Executive Pasadena

I paid above average cost for this hotel room. The hotel is old and shabby, definitely in need of a refresher. Room was large and the bed was fairly new and comfortable. But the rest of the room was old and worn down. The staff was friendly, and did the best they could, but overall, the hotel was a disappointment for the cost.

Really liked the shower. The king bed was very comfortable. The hallways had old, cringeworthy carpet. Covered parking was nice.

We Had a few days in LA and Vagabond was a reasonable hotel and close to everything

Nice enough hotel for traveling solo. I wasn't too concerned for amenities when choosing a hotel - just wanted a decent room. Vagabond delivered with clean, spacious rooms.

Room was CLEAN (if not, nothing else matters), convenient location, friendly staff, adequate breakfast. Hotel being remodeled. It is old and needs this upgrade. I have found that price generally equals value for any area. This is true here.

Me an my Family really enjoyed our stay at Vagabond Executive Inn Pasadena California. We stayed there for the Black History Parade.

It was an average hotel. The breakfast wasn't great. The room smelled like old play dough. They didn't have extra toothpaste at the front desk. I didn't want to go out at night, but it was cheap and it was close to caltech. So I might stay there again if I have to go back. Maybe not as long though.

Sure this is not a five star hotel, but it is a great, clean room at an economical price. The staff was very nice. My kids and I played in the heated pool- and stayed in there a long time. The breakfast is ordinary hotel fare-- with one great addition-- a berry mix to put on your waffles. This made the breakfast good for me. My room had a kitchenette on it. Con: road noise was not terrible, but you could hear it. Better to get a room on the back side of the hotel.

The hotel is very nice and staff is friendly and helpful.

wanted to visit Old Town and Cal Tech and it was easy walking distance to both the free parking was nice and secure
