The hotel was great and the location is steps from the beach. My wife and I loved the room and amenities like the patio and stocked kitchen.
Unfortunately, we were disappointed about not being able to access the rooftop area (during the times it was supposed to be accessible) as this was a huge factor on our decision to stay there.
The worst part of the stay was the parking situation that made the hotel not so appealing. I parked in a lot directly in front of the hotel that had 3 different parking signs that made it confusing as to what the restrictions actually were. I parked in a stall that allowed the 12-hour parking, but woke up to a ticket since apparently all cars, including the ones permitted to park for up to 12 hours, are not allowed to park from 5am-6am.
I realize this is not the hotel’s fault, but a notification in the room would have been nice to avoid the $48 ticket on top of the $80 it cost to park there.
Overall I highly recommend the hotel but be cautious with the parking situation.
