1st room assigned wasn't made up yet. Housekeeping missed it. Gave me another room. Walls are thin, neighbor talked loudly past midnight. Linoleum floor was dirty. No shampoo, one bar of soap. No washcloths. No bathroom floor mat. No suitcase stand. Bed had a flat sheet over mattress and no fitted sheet. Bed was hard but at least it was flat. Absolute bare bones experience. And a $20 deposit for the card key, so they get it back, which wasn't stated up front. But it was cheap with no bedbugs. Lol

This hotel needs better management. It’s renovated but the rooms are not clean. Pubic hair in the tub (many), dried mucus in the sink, blood stained sheets with hair. And now we’re being accused of breaking a TV that was broken when my partner and I arrived because we forgot to mention it. This was our second stay & we hoped it would be better. We drove an hour after work (in traffic) just to clean their room again. All we did was sleep and got back up to work, & had no time to watch tv. We should have told them straight away but after the other issues we had we were just tired & forgot. Besides, it is not the customers responsibility to be maids & report all their issues. So beware when you book here because pictures are not what they seem. I should have taken some but like I wrote I was too tired, drove far, was in pain, had to clean (again) & just wanted to sleep. I’m beyond upset with their service & accusations because they don’t check the rooms before every new guest! If they did they would see the hair everywhere, dirty bedsheets, & broken tvs that their new guests have to deal with. Beware of this place. forgot to mention it. because I forgot to mention it. I usually dont leave a review, but i chose this hotel because it had an 8.2 rating. The 1st room we got didn't even have a bottom sheet just the mattress cover that had hair on it. The second room was alot better, but at first they were saying they didn't have any other rooms. They only had large towels..no wash cloth or hand towels.

There was a strong smell of diesel exhaust fumes from the generator behind the building. I informed the hotel staff several times and informed them that I was getting headaches in my room. The hotel staff merely acknowledged the issue saying the whole building smelled like that. I am very dissatisfied with this hotel.
