Came in- room was freezing from opened windows, bedding was stained, luckily no bugs (I checked), bed was like laying on a cardboard box filled with cement, despite the freezing room, the sheets were thin and the pillows tiny. Decided to leave after only being there for 20 minutes and there was no one up front to check out with. Left the key cards because our ride to a new hotel was there. Next morning tried to look into getting a refund for the rest of our reservation and they kept dodging Expedia’s calls and wouldn’t answer. Called myself and the girl didn’t know what she was doing and tried to say they were going to refund us, but never saw anything.
