The room was impeccably clean and the staff was kind at check in. However, I booked this room for sleep and there was a man who kept coming outside of my door and smoking cigarettes and yelling at his dog super loudly every 45 minutes. After being woken up five times, and I mean it was bad, I complained but it happened again after that. When I complained, even though I told them the room the person was in, they didn’t offer to move me or anything but gave me 2 hours late checkout. Thinking I had from 2:30 am to now 1:00 pm to sleep, I watched a movie and went to bed. However, I was in the breezeway in a disabled room and starting super early Christmas morning the maids were dragging their cars (constantly) up and down the concrete hall and it was incredibly loud and apparently I. Constant need of movement, and they needed to constantly yell to communicate with each other, and this went on for a couple of hours so I just checked out before even the normal checkout time and called it a loss.

The location was good and close to I-10. The hotel was clean and the room was clean. It was filled with all amenities. The breakfast was good. Overall the hotel was excellent and I highly recommend it.

Not good for a long staying

The location is very convenient and the room size is good. However, we could hear the walking noise from the floor above us during the night and the noise from hallway too, thin wall structure. The air conditioning was also old and noisy and we had to turn it off rather to suffer the heat instead. We only stayed for 1 night and we would probably not come back again.
