Modern Studio with AC, W/D, & Private Patio
This beautiful, modern studio with AC, and washer/dryer is located in Culver City, California. The studio offers complete privacy and isolation while being in a ten-mile radius of the top locations in Los Angeles; including many beaches (3 miles), UCLA, (3 miles), Universal Studios(8 miles); and much more! Perfect affordable stay for tourists. Many amenities included to maximize comfort! We have recently upgraded landscaping and made like a resort kind of experience for our guests. Pics posted. The space offers a comfortable, adjustable queen sized bed. A perfectly sized kitchen place, washer and dryer, AC and heater, a full sized refrigerator, sofa and coffee table, a flat screen TV, immense closet space, and much much more! The parking is never ending, there are tons of spaces on the street which is free of charge. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. I am available for questions by phone It is a safe and secure neighborhood, close to may parks, beaches, bike paths, LAX airport, shopping malls, UCLA, USC and lot of other attractions like Universal Studios, Beverly Hills etc Street parking is available all the times The studio is detached from the main house and it has private entrance with it's own patio and outdoor furniture including BBQ grill

Nice, hosts were responsive. Disappointed since it was advertised as having a twin sofa sleeper. The sofa did not open up and too small to sleep on. Only 1 roll of toilet paper in studio which was not great. Otherwise, the place was nice, location great.
