Welcome to newly remodeled two-bed and two-bath centrally located in heart of Culver City 6 miles from LAX Airport. Enjoy the modern open floor plan where the kitchen flows seamlessly into the living/dining room where you can find a cozy setup with a 75-inch Samsung smart TV. The primary bedroom has a an adjustable king-size bed and closet with sliding mirror doors and desk. The secondary bedroom features two twin beds and a trundle bed. It has parking for 3 cars in tandem and a huge backyard. Enter house, driveway and backyard We live 2 blocks away from the unit and avialable to stop by, should there be any need. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet, yet close to good restaurants and coffee shop few steps away; There is a beautiful Culver Blvd walking trial few steps away, and only a couple of miles from LAX and the ocean—Marina Del Rey is its closest waterfront neighbor—and next to the low-lying Baldwin Hills., good for morning or evening hike. You can bike to the ocean along the 4.5 miles of Ballona creek or Culver Blvd bike trail This unit offers parking space upto 3 cars Please do not block the driveway for the front unit people. Park the car as much close as to the garage. This unit guest can park upto 3 cars in tandem

Nice place, nice neighborhood (though parking a second vehicle isn’t so easy). Place is well-appointed, good appliances and gear in kitchen. Plentiful dry goods (Kleenex, tp, etc.). Comfy for 10 days.Negative: new appliances and thermostat but no instructions. AC kept coming on (and freezing us out) every night at 9pm. Coffee maker wonky (no instructions). Owner was responsive night one, much less thereafter.

The house was perfect for Christmas with our LA family. It was tastefully decorated white, grey and black. The couches were comfy and so was the king bed. The kitchen had a reasonable amount of dishes and plenty of good quality cookware. The dogs were safe with the well fenced backyard. It was raining cats and dogs this year, so it was really nice that they used artificial turf so the dogs didn't track in a lot of mud. My only requests for next year would be wine glasses (stemless?) and a cheese grater. We didn't use the second bedroom but for information's sake it had two twin beds.The owner, Kahleel, was really good at communicating and was very gracious.
