Didn't realize that the hotel was undergoing some renovations. We should have seen a greater discount on our stay, or free parking, or some kind of kick back. But overall, the staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. We stayed only one night. It was convenient to uber to some hollywood locations in the evening, and right next to a mall for shopping and food.

This hotel is fairly dilapidated, I travel for work constantly and was surprised that this hotel is under the Sheraton umbrella. The bathroom size is laughable. My bed had a sinkhole. It is very convenient, which makes it tolerable.

The hotel was a good value overall. The breakfast buffet is really good. The room is a good size, but the view isn't great. The towels were kind of dingy and the towel holder came off the wall twice. They rooms have a nice tv and fridge. Overall it's a pretty good hotel.

We've stayed at Westin properties before and wanted to try another Westin location. We came for a wedding at a nearby venue and also to celebrate our own wedding anniversary. At check in, we met with Nubia, the hotel manager and she was so kind and thorough. After explaining the hotel layout, location of the amenities, gym, pool, restaurant, etc, she gave us excellent recommendations for dining out as well as what to see and do in our short weekend stay. After speaking with her, we felt like we had been coddled in a soft and comfy blanket, ready for our stay in our new 'home'. We felt so welcomed. Thank you Nubia!

Would have liked a shuttle option to get to my destinations and a complimentary continental breakfast.

Good location. Great staff and breakfast. Room is comfortable, but small. Parking is limited and poorly lit, plus additional fee. Good gym.

This hotel is near a Westfield Mall so, my wife enjoyed the shopping location, besides it is very near the airport. I will surely stay here on my next trip.

This is my second stay at this hotel. The staff is great, hotel is very clean and location is very convenient to the LA West Side between Culver City and LAX. I'll back!

Everything was wonderful: staff, lovely atmosphere & very clean.

This hotel is old and does not have a lot of the usual SPG perks. I was hopping from SF to Sta Clara to Culver and my last hotel was Fourpoints and it was quite disappointing. I had to carry my 2 big luggages with no one to help me. I was told to do it myself. The bed was comfortable though but not as wonderful as Westin. If you're on the go, always out, this hotel suits your needs. Otherwise you will be disappointed.

I recently enjoyed five nights at the 4 Points with lots of good things to say about it, but overall I think I'll try a different hotel for my next visit. The Good: Nice lobby, adequate room, decent bed and friendly staff. They have a pricey breakfast buffet that includes a well-trained chef who will make a custom omelet for you and the staff in the dinning area are very attentive. Another nice touch is the two-room Library off the Lobby for quiet computer use or reading analog (gasp!). The hotel staff are excellent. Plus, the convenience of the Fox Hills mall across the street was amazing. Needs work: You know those showers that have a temp control where you have to work at the knob to get a decent temp between scalding hot and icy cold? Welcome to the 4 Points! Also, I got a room on the 7th floor and my iPhone barely got wifi, and my iPad could never get enough of a signal. That meant I had to utilize the Library more than I wanted to. Late at night this is a real hassle. I spoke to the management about this (twice) and they acknowledged it was an issue throughout the building. So, one full point off for the wacky shower and the (mostly) missing wifi, which were two must-have's for a room. YMMV, but the Double Tree next door might be a better bet if you're looking to stay in CC.

The hotel had some problems with the parking gate; but is central and clean. Restaurant is always good for grabbing something first in the morning!

Trip time here was quick, late night check in and early departure. That being said the room was nice and the front desk help was quick to check us in.

Convenient location, next to mall, easy access to 405 freeway. Room is clean. Bathroom is a little too small.

This hotel was perfect for my purposes - a quick night in L.A. with easy access to the airport and West L.A. When I checked in there was a bit of a backup, and the nice clerk offered me 1/2 off on parking and a free breakfast. Quiet, tidy room and a very comfortable bed. No complaints here.

this hotel is located just in front of Bestbuy, Target, etc. it is very convenient to get something we needed and to go anywhere, since it is just next to the highway.

The Hotel was nice and clean, the service was great it was very central and close to the airport. My on complaint is about the so called free wifi I had trouble with the connection it kept going in and out i told the hotel service and they said they would tell a technician but it never got any better.I missed a few buisiness connection because of it.

the bed was the best thing in the room, extremely comfortable pillows, bedding and sheer confort, a/c in room was not working, found it a nuisance in parking having to always use a card for entry & exit. overall location good, off freeway, shopping mall across the street, and room was clean. yes i would go there again.

We visit LA 3 times a year and this has become our hotel of choice. The location is convenient to LAX and freeways, and is in walking distance to stores and a large mall. Rooms have a good sized refrigerator, wifi is excellent and free, and cleanliness is never a problem. Restaurant is perfect for breakfast. Staff is friendly and attentive, and any requests are promptly handled.

We looked at so many hotels online & finally choose this one & we were so happy! The hotel is right off of the 405 highway so its very convenient yet quiet. LAX airport is close but not too close. There's a large shopping mall across the street with some good restaurants (avoid the Xtreme Pizza, though) . We traveled all over the LA area & found it so easy to get around. Downtown Culver City also has some nice restaurants & bars plus the Sony Studio tour was great. The hotel was terrific with a nice pool area for a non resort style hotel. The bar in the hotel was good with super bartenders. The food in the restaurant appears to be all stuff that they microwave so we skipped eating there. The rooms had nice beds (huge concern to us with bad backs) & not so great room lighting but the windows provided nice light & great sunset views. The rooms are small but again this is not a resort style hotel. There's a fridge in the room but no microwave. Even though we were across from the elevator the room was very quiet. The parking was $10/day with in & out. We really enjoyed our stay here & would rebook again for sure!
