Lovely quiet sheltered courtyard with subtle landscaping, fire pit, water feature, hummingbirds. Helpful staff, good breakfast, easy access to LAX... I'll definitely stay there next time I'm in Los Angeles.
Clean, comfortable, modern rooms, with great ambience. Very well run. A lot of attention to small details - quality of bread at breakfast, toilet paper (!), etc. Wonderful stay. Peter at the front desk is a humble, capable man who runs a good ship.
Dedicated parking is really needed here. No preferred or dedicated parking hurts your referrals. Not at all convenient or safe for residents.

The staff is great and the design of the place is really nice. There is nothing of interest right around the hotel, but it's close to where you'll want to be. Plenty of street parking and surprisingly quiet given it's proximity to a main street. I had a great stay. Be mindful that the window blinds allow a gap and you can be seen from the street through this gap. (I got an unexpected view of my neighbors intimacy while getting into my car heading out one night which served as a warning to me to stay away from the windows even when blinds are down.)

Staff was professional and friendly, everything was updated and clean. Rooms are small but we'll laid out and comfortable. Loved the managers hour evening wine while relaxing in the courtyard after work. This is my new go to LA hotel!

Good location. Nice lobby area to chill and socialize. Friendly staff. Cool room design. Modern light/shades control options in the room. Overall had a good stay. No parking on facility, but you can find street parking around the area quite easily. No elevators to go on second floor but the Front desk staff offered to help carry the bags to the second floor.
This is a really Cute Venue, would definitely stay here again.
