Brand new (construction finished Nov '21) modern townhouse with full amenities located in Del Rey, Los Angeles- mins from Venice Beach, walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants and a 10 minute drive to Santa Monica. The home is modern yet cozy, with high end appliances and brand new everything. Enjoy incredible expansive views of Los Angeles (you can even see the Hollywood sign) from the private roof terrace, equipped with a state-of-the-art retractable roof pergola and built in heaters.



The Space:

Modern yet inviting, you'll be able to relax in comfort both with the decor and the brand new amenities. The home spans 5 floors and has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with the 5th floor/roof being the terrace (please be aware of the stairs- if anyone in your party has any health problems that may prevent them from easily using stairs, this property is not the right fit for you). There is a private gated driveway for the building, and a private 2 car garage for your use on the property.

The townhome is located in a very quiet and residential neighborhood. It is in a gated community. There are a few coffee shops that can be reached within walking distance. Mad Lab Coffee and Lodge Bread Company bakery are a 6 minutes walk away. Venice Beach is a 15 minutes drive away and Santa Monica Pier is a 20 minutes drive away.



Getting Around:

We recommend having a car. However, it is very easy to get an Uber/Lyft from this location.

Excellent location. Property owners were extremely communicative. The home was beautiful, the beds were comfortable. The house provided beach chairs and towels, which were so helpful so we could relax for a couple of days at the beach. We had a couple of tech hiccups with bathroom outlets, but the host communicated thoroughly. We would stay here again for sure!

The place was perfect for us. Great layout and parking. The garage door was broken when we arrived. The host was responsive & fixed it the next day. The location was not what was shown in the original VRBO map for selecting properties. We were expecting to be closer to the beach & walkable to restaurants. That was disappointing for our vacation.

We enjoyed a lovely stay! The property was clean, had a very well- appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, and the rooftop deck was perfect! The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and close to a lot of shops. Check in and check out were easy and communication with the host was clear and timely. We would definitely stay here again.

Fraudulent listing on VRBO. Location is miles away from the Marina Del Ray where it says it is located. This caused a huge issue for our stay and one that VRBO has yet to respond to us on. The owner messages you after the accusation is booked saying that the address is different and asking you to finalize payment outside of VRBO. This is a scam and should be handled by VRBO.

The place was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and it worked well for our family of six. The neighborhood was quiet, and communication with the host was easy with quick responses.A couple of small things to note: the garage clearance was low, so our Ford Expedition did not fit so we couldn’t park in the garage. And while the listing shows Marina del Rey, the actual address is about 3–4 miles away. This wasn’t a deal breaker for us, but updating the listing to reflect the correct area would be helpful.I would not recommend this place for anyone who has difficulty going up and down stairs, as there are quite a few.

We stayed here the week of Thanksgiving. We chose this property because of how clean it looked in the photos. The reality didn't disappoint. The house is immaculate and very contemporary. There are little touches that we hadn't seen in other properties we have rented in the past. Make-up washcloths (I loved them because I always feel bad about white towels and removing make-up), a light by the bed for reading, each bedroom has it's own bathroom, and other touches that made the stay feel more like being at home. The host is very responsive.The 2 things I'll mention to be aware of are: you need the clicker to open the gate to get in. We misread and thought that the gate code opens the gate for parking. So, make sure you go in the house first to get the clicker. We had a 13 hour travel day and we so tired when we arrived and got frustrated when we couldn't open the gate and then realized we needed the clicker first. Secondly, and this is made very clear in the listing, there are lots of steps. It wasn't an issue for us, but carrying up a 45 lb suitcase a few flights may be an issue for some. We would DEFINITELY stay here again. The home is gorgeous, clean and well-appointed. The hosts are so responsive and we felt like if we needed anything, it wouldn't be a problem. Go to the very top and look out and see the Hollywood sign and have a relaxing time! This is the place to do it.

Fantastic condo in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located to many areas. We loved the space. Yes, there are lots of stairs but was not a problem for us. Very convenient for 3 ppl with 3 beds and baths. Kitchen well appointed. Modern decor which we loved. Only issue was 3 electrical outlets did not work, we found circuit breaker and saw the breakers had been tripped so were able to fix. In the late hours of the nite, the fire alarm went off but there was no problem and it stopped on its own. There was no explanation, we are suspicious there may be electrical problems in the unit. There were no instructions how to escape in case of a fire so that could be improved. Even with all this, we would stay there again.

I can’t say more about how beautiful this space is in every way! From the living and kitchen area to the bedrooms, bathrooms, and upstairs roof deck, everything was luxurious, comfortable, and stylish! The only reason I gave a lower star rating to the accuracy of online listing was because the address reflected in the online listing is not the actual address of the building. However, the pictures and every other detail about the online listing is completely accurate! I will absolutely be returning to this property in the future if we are back in LA! We all loved everything about our stay!

Nice property on a quiet street. We had a group of six and the property had everything we needed for a nice stay. Lots of stairs which were not a problem for our group, but it’s something to note if you have issues with stairs. Kitchen was well outfitted and functional. Rooftop area was also very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay. The unit was super clean and well stocked with soap for kitchen, bath and laundry. The beds were very comfortable. The roof top deck was a wonderful spot to chill out at the end of the day complete with comfy chairs and twinkly lights. Communication with the host was easy. The garage under the building was a nice addition because you did not have to fight for a spot on the street. All in all a great place to stay. The only drawbacks were that the location marked on the VRBO map was not accurate. The building is probably 2 miles inland. It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood, but not really walking distance to the beach. Also, lots of stairs. The apartment is stacked on top of itself which allows for privacy in the sleeping spaces but would not recommend staying here with your grandparents. All in all a fabulous rental. Would definitely go back to this spot again. Highly recommend!
