Large Gorgeous home! Can sleep large groups

I have 2 homes on the same property, one in the front facing the street and the other in the rear, which is the home listed above. It is a is a gated large new home that easily sleeps 8 persons but with capacity for more. It has 3 large bedrooms with 2 King Beds and 2 queen beds. There are also 2 air mattresses for larger groups of more than 8 persons. There is garage parking for 2 large cars. Modern feel, comfort and privacy... You will be impressed.

The house in the front of the property is owned by me as well and also used as a vacation rental. For this reason there may or may not be other vacationers in the front house during your stay. They have their own private access to parking from the front gate and you will probably never quite run into them except on occasion when they may be putting out trash or stretching out.

The property is gated and safe in a residential neighborhood with close access to everything. You will feel right at home as you soak in a truly luxurious experience. The kitchen is open and spacious, dining and living room. Cable, Internet/WiFi, A/C, washer and a dryer provided. Guests have access to the use of all facilities and all common spaces.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers a jetted tub and hair dryers. Other standard amenities include a washer/dryer, a fenced private yard, and a coffee maker.
