Executive-next to Convention Center + Free Parking
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION Renovated condo in a historic building. Just across from the Convention Center, next to Marriott, free parking at our parking garage, 6th floor, brand new high end furniture, comfortable and cosy. Great for business travelers. Historic Cooper Arms building, feels like a hotel, but with friendly neighbors. Great coffee shop and restaurant in the building, with plenty of those within a short walk. THE BUILDING IS 5-9 min WALK FROM THE CONVENTION CENTER. Great value!
The condo is heated and features a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a sofa bed and an ironing board.

Great location.
My daughter (18 years old) and myself visited Long Beach for a two day festival over Thanksgiving and the holiday weekend. The apartment is located near many restaurants and shops most easily walkable. We felt safe in the area. The apartment was clean and cozy. I didn’t use the free parking garage since it was a holiday and the street meters were free until the last day there. I would definitely book again!
