You get what you pay for.

Check in was fast, had to check in through a bulletproof window and couldn’t see who I was talking to. Beds were clean but the walls and floor were pretty dirty.

The room was non smoking but smelled like tobacco. The floors were so dirty I had to keep my sandals on just to walk around the room and use the restroom. You could hear and feel the springs in the bed. Cardboard was used to keep the bed leveled. There was no lock/latch for the door. Front desk called at 10:30 to ask if we were checking out yet when check out was at 11. They asked for a cash deposit when the room was already paid for .

Good. Basic. Clean.

The room was very clean, sheets clean. It had a microwave and mini fridge which was nice. There was no safety lock on the door. They did not specify there was a $20 deposit required at check in. Surprisingly, there was no place to hang clothes except on the shower. The toilet was broken, running water all night, very noisy, and would not fill up the tank so I had to fill it up with water with the cups provided. The staff was very friendly but one of them talked so fast I thought I was listening to a commercial.
