Overall, property was good. Room was recently remodeled and clean. But the hair dryer didn't work and the promised refrigerator was missing. There was almost no ability to hang any clothing. Many of the rooms on site were being remodeled with the construction crews starting early in the morning and making considerable noise. There was no warning that this would occur.

A clean simple place to stay. Good location and nice clean environment.

Everything was fine. Nice shower instead of those awful American-style bathtubs that are 4 inches deep.

Good hotel for this pricing

Awesome

Room was clean, new wood floors, had a refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast was average, but adequate.

The best hotel at LA, room clean staff was friendly.

Hotel was named to create confusion with Hilton Garden Inn. It was not comparable, and the room had conduit bolted to the surface of the wall for outlets. While it was clean, the whole room looked like a hacked together hap-hazard mess of sockets, outlets and walls like no one cared what it looked like. There were wood floors, and a tiny toilet with built in butt washing equipment that made them even smaller and harder to use. The bed was hard for my taste. The front office was not very nice either, and there were all sorts of signs about draconian policies and rules that you would never find in a hotel designed for a business traveler. I don't know if they had hourly rates, but I would not be surprised! This place looks like someone tried to do electrical upgrades on the cheap without remodeling properly.

Not as bad as you’d expect for $70 in LA. Slightly beat up furniture and flooring (hardwood). Bed was comfy enough and they give you a toothbrush, shampoo, body wash, etc. There is a fridge and microwave. The toilet seat is heated and has all kinds of functions which was interesting to find. Staff was friendly. A few notes. 1. They charged my card one day stay shortly after I booked even though I was supposed to pay at check in. They said it was to make sure the card wasn’t fake and the money went back on my card. Fine with me but would have been nice to know. If your card balance is low keep this in mind that might happen. 2. Rosemead Blvd is busy, if traffic noise bothers you that might be something to think about. 3. Flatscreen TV but no cable. WiFi was actually pretty decent though so you could probably try Netflix... I didn’t. Overall for the price not too bad. I’ll probably be back. Disclaimer* I am a simple man, I don’t need too much.

Nice location. Near where I was going. Front desk was ok. Guy wasn't too friendly. Check in was quick. Overall stay was good until the morning I checked, my sister saw a bed bug crawl on me... so I wouldn't book again.

The room smelled like stale cigarettes, the floors were dirty and there was hair on top of the sheets.

Fellow at the front desk was helpful. We were not able to find an elevator to our second floor room. Room was ok. Cigarette burn on blanket, sheets were clean and bed was comfortable. Bath had essentials. A little polish the outside of this property would go a long way making a return stay more likely.

The hotel was okay, Staff were nice and basically pleasant. The only problem I encountered was the shower. The water was cold. I would recommend others to stay in the summer, NOT spring, fall or winter unless they're enjoy cold water shower.
