The interior is newly renovated and there is a nice TV in the living room. The space gets plenty of natural light and is quiet and cozy. The house is on a nice street. The space was much smaller than we anticipated—even just for 2 people. The property is also filled with items and furniture (including in closets and drawers) that make the small space feel cluttered. The shower is also barely big enough for an average sized person but gets the job done. Entering the property involves walking directly next to the occupied main house and back porch where the occupants may be outside smoking. Finally, be aware that although the listing has parking as an amenity, there is not a designated space. However, there is plenty of street parking out front!
