Charming, Private, Poolside Cottage

Quiet and spacious poolside cottage, detached, on private property with its own bathroom, kitchenette, access, washer/dryer. Saltwater pool and spa, large shared yard (owner lives on site in main house) Fireplace, wi-fi, king size bed, large space. Brand new Beautyrest Silver mattress, sheets, towels, etc. Pool is heated from April through November. It can be heated for your stay by request for an extra fee.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace.

Perfect gorgeous cottage in great neighborhood
This is our second stay at this cottage. Our son lives in Glendale and my husband and I have found this cottage to be the perfect place to stay while visiting him. We hope to be back next year.

We’ve been renting this unit when we visit the Burbank area. Access is easy. Parking is a breeze. There is a small kitchenette, so we avoid dining out all of the time. Having the private outdoor sitting area is one of the best features. The owner resides in the main house, and is a wonderful guy.

My husband and I absolutely loved this charming pool cottage! It’s in a very family friendly neighborhood and close enough to the action without being in the chaos of downtown. We loved ending our nights in the hot tub with a cold beverage, perfect way to end the night! The host was super friendly and we loved having treats to give his sweet dog when we saw him. We would definitely rent again if we are in the area!

Don't hesitate to book a stay here. The neighborhood is lovely, upscale and very safe. There is always parking out front. Host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed with beautiful upkeep of the property. Easy and quick access to all of LA but you still feel just outside of city life. Excited to return soon and try the pool in warmer weather.

Absolutely the BEST short stay place I've rented since traveling regularly to LA twice a year since 2018. Super quiet, super safe, charming, private, comfortable, in a word: PERFECT. Steven thinks of every detail and I felt pampered and well cared for. It's my #1 go to place now (shhhh! Don't tell anyone! Oops, too late!).
