Decent hotel. Close to metro line which you can take to Santa Monica or Hollywood blvd. convenient so you don't have to drive. Valet parking only $12/night. Rooms were ok. Smallest bathroom ever. Thin walls. Can hear people next to you and above you. Overall it was an ok hotel. Not worth the price in my opinion.

Es un hotel en una zona tranquila, cercana al aeropuerto y zonas comerciales. El personal es muy amable y la mayoria habla en español. El desayuno es muy bueno. Internet bueno Lo recomiendo totalmente si buscan ese precio.

Very nice place. I enjoyed my stay. Excellent location. Quiet, clean, nice staff, good facilities.

The hotel is not fancy. But it is in pretty good condition. It is conveniently located, but you really need a car to get almost anywhere. Walking to nearby stores would be frustrating because of the busy traffic. What the hotel provides, i.e., a clean, comfortable room with standard features, breakfast, valet parking, all are acceptable. The price represents good value for the area which it serves--via a short drive. The staff is very accommodating, courteous, helpful.

Stayed for 3 nights during the week. Fred up front was the man. The room was massive and has everything I needed. The staff at all times was personable and easy to talk to. Great breakfast in the morning. Right next to the metro and also the west side pavilion mall.

Nicer than I expected. Spacious room that was very clean. Hotel staff was very friendly.

large and clean room, parking for my car, breakfast included, nothing more, it' a good hotel for a transit by LA, not for a stay. For me it's below average from usually Best Western standard, it is a full 3 stars.

Wi if did not work, bathroom floor did not look cleaned when we arrived. I found 3 hairs of different colors inside my "clean" sheets. I was too tired to complain. One of the boxes that covered the facial soap was brown in the corner. It smelled like chocolate. It is the first time I have been disappointed in a Best Western. It looks like an old appartment complex, looked very out dated. I think it should not be rated a 3 star hotel. I was embarrassed that I told my son and his girlfriend to stay at the same place. The staff however was very friendly.

Well located on Sepulveda near Pico. Tiny pool. If hot you can dunk. Breakfast was good. Room was large. I would stay here again.

Good hotel, but a bit worn- could use some freshening up. Amenities, service and staff were very good!

This hotel is in a great location and very clean. I felt it was worth the money. Very close to Santa Monica and Beverly Hills. I've stayed here a few times.

This is not bev hills and not a palace. The bathroom was smaller than the closet. We measured. It was, however, clean and easy to get to from the highway. Breakfast was terrible.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise on our trip! When we got there the neighborhood wasn't as nice as we expected, but the hotel more than made up for it. They had free valet service, a great staff and all the amenities we could need for a one night stay! Couldn't have been happier for the price!

Upon arriving and seeing the outside, I was worried I'd gotten my family into a seedy hotel on the wrong side of the tracks... but was pleasantly surprised by the clean, fresh interior. The room even had a separate sitting room with TV. Had pizza delivered from Papa Johns. Pool and hot tub were open until 11 so we got to swim after we arrived. Fitness center and sauna are open 24 hrs. Complimentary breakfast was the standard Best Western fare, and I didn't go hungry. Staff was friendly. Weird that you must go down a sharply inclined ramp to the parking garage to get to the elevator for the hotel. Hard to navigate with luggage cart. Free valet parking was a plus.

The room, bathroom, beds are really crowded and small. Although they claims queen bed, but the size is about full size. Hard to hold two on one bed. The sofa is very small. The bathroom is tight. Everything there is really small. You should really book two regular rooms elsewhere comparing to one suite here.

I was very disappointed with the location of this hotel. room was okay, shower water switched from hot to cold. carpets could have been cleaner.

My husband and I visited LA for a weekend. It is in a great location about 15 minute drive from Hollywood and Santa Monica. Valet service is wonderful. Room was large and quiet. Room had a slight musty odor but wasn't bad. Breakfast was a little below par, but it was free so can't complain. Overall, it was a great location and great value. Staff very friendly and helpful!

Good price for such a convenient location. Minutes away from Hollywood, Century City, the Beach, LAX, Santa Monica, Venice, and West L.A. Great breakfast, even picky eaters will like it. Lots of fruit and healthy fare. Rooms in front are a little noisy as Sepulveda is a very busy street. Parking is very restricted, so a valet is necessary.

This is definitely not one of the nicer best westerns I've stayed at. The staff are nice and friendly, but the room is not that great and the wall behind my headboard vibrated all night long. Very strange. Definitely two stars not three.

They were very accomandating and very friendly. Exellent breatfast sellection
