Welcome to Sol Haus, a stylish beach house located on a walk street just five houses up from the iconic Strand. You can take in ocean views from the living room, front walk-street patio, primary top floor bedroom, and the roof top deck. This house includes full kitchen amenities, luxurious bed and bathroom linens and most everything you need in a comfortable and well equipped home. This three-level home has 3 bedrooms, an office, and two and a half baths. - On the entry level, discover a fully equipped kitchen, inviting dining area, powder room and a chic living space adorned with natural light and views of the ocean. - On the second level, there are two bedrooms (One King and the other Twin Bunkbeds), full bathroom with shower and separate soaking tub, and a room with desk, ocean views and bean bag that inlcludes a queen size mattress inside. - The third level houses the primary bedroom and bathroom with beautiful ocean views that are steps away from the house. Including access to a spacious rooftop deck. - The house includes a front patio on a walk street of Manhattan Beach and is steps to the sand and one block from downtown. The house does include parking and has a backyard. Please note there is construction happening next door. Feel free to relax and make yourself completely at home in this house, as it's exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. There is a guest house in the back that is a separate Airbnb listing called Swell Haus. We are available to answer questions or help with anything from 7am-10pm via cell phone or through Airbnb messaging. Walk on the strand or bike on bike path to get around There is active construction happening right next door.

The vacation home features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.
