Our family of 5 (kids ages 19, 16, 13) enjoyed our stay very much. The space fit us well. The kids especially loved the cool decor and lighting. Toiletries and extra linens were provided, and the kitchen was well appointed. We didn't use the hot tub, but did spend time on the back patio which was very pleasant and had a beautiful view towards the river. We liked the neighborhood as it had a small market around the corner and several restaurants within a short walk. The walk across the river into Derry center was easy. There was convenient on-street parking and our host advised us of a small carpark at the end of the block which had no fee to park. Our host had an information folder prepared for the condo which included practical and tourist info. He was also very responsive to the questions we ended up having. A note if anyone in your group has mobility issues, all 3 bedrooms are upstairs.
