Room was very basic, but clean. Wish there was some storage area. It would've been nice to have more than just a couple of hangers to put my clothing on. There was no closet or drawers. Check-in was quick and easy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself has a nice modern lobby with snacks and food on-site. Airport shuttle stop is right on the premises. Would stay again if I needed to be close to the airport while in London.

The room is out of conditioner and body wash. I think this is inexcusable which reflects the housekeeping service which to me is a basic thing to check when a room is cleaned. Additionally, the hotel lost my package and tried to shift the responsibility to some lady delivery person (I am using the exact wording from the front desk staff) assuming the package was from Amazon or Teemu. When I told them the package was delivered by Royal Mail, it was then the front desk staff realized the explanation couldn't fly.

We were in search for a last min hotel room as we were super jet lagged and it was unsafe to drive home, Staff were really wonderful and attentive. Gave us a welcome drink, and upgraded our room. Great for one night of sleep. Really good facilities and the pizza we ate at the restaurant was so delicious. Overall, a great stay!
