Disliked: Cleanliness
This hotel is nextdoor to a truck stop, making some uncomfortable. It is also not as nice as any other Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed at. There were stains on the carpet and broken pieces of wall on some of the corners in the room. The door to the room with the toilet/shower barely closed and the handle was about to fall off. The shower head looks like it’s never been scrubbed. I was surprised it carried the Holiday Inn name.
