The man working at the checkin desk was extremely rude to the people in front of me. Short and dismissing of me. The air conditioning was not working, 87 in the room for my first 2 hours. Fantastic getaway with cosy lakeside rooms. Lobby was awsome as well. Our room was clean but smelled a little bit. Bathroom drain was not working well.
The lodge/hotel is in a beautiful setting. The outdoor pool was nice and well maintained. The hotel room was dirty. The balcony off the room was too dirty to use. Generally, the lodge is poorly maintained. Beautiful setting--but disappointing accommodations.
