The place was nice, fairly clean and all that. We were a family of five in a bedroom that accommodated that. It had two double beds and a sofa bed. I asked the girl at the counter if there were enough towels and washcloths. She said “oh there should be”. We get up to the room and there are only two. I called down to the front desk and she says they can’t bring any up but we could come get some. We made do that night as it was getting late anyway, not everybody took showers. So in the morning, we go down to get some, and they didn’t have any! They were all out. Pathetic. And not impressed with the breakfast either. No hot food. And no one there to refill things that were running out. I know it’s hard to find good help and even harder to keep them, but the help you got needs trained better and to be more hospitable.
