Smelly cigarette smoke

Grounds very dirty building in poor condition, spilt water on floor and when I wiped it up the towel was almost black. I also had a headache for the two days I was there due to cigarette/pot smoke smell. The staff were great but went back to La Quinta for the rest of my 2 week stay.

Not the best experience

I was staying with my grandkids over night. When i went to run bath water there was no tub stopper. There was mold on the shower walls. The room over all didn't look very clean. Ive been to RedRoof's before and the rooms were always very clean and nice. This one was definitely not. And the wifi didn't work. Will not stay again.

Rooms for the most part were fine, minus shampoo stain in tub, and laundry machines down, also didn’t get a breakfast like we were supposed to and the tv’s often didn’t work. But overall the man at front desk was respectful and willing to help us regardless of the problem.

Door had been broken in many times, safety lock didn't work. Multiple holes in the walls and floors. Light flickered constantly. Tv sparked everytime air turned on, fire hazard. Cigarette burns in the duvet.
