The room was spotless and beds very comfortable. We didn’t use the pool but we noticed there were children that did . The breakfast was wonderful and the lady who worked there was wonderful keeping it stocked up and full . The only issue was for whatever reason at 4:00 am the smoke alarms went off in everyone’s room . We will definitely stay there again .

This is the absolute worst hotel stay my husband and I have ever experienced! The noise level was ridiculous and nothing was done about it. Three times someone attempted to enter our room. We wanted to leave but were afraid at the same time. I called the front desk after the 3rd attempt at entry at 3 am (after not sleeping all night so far) and was told that it was the front desk trying to enter because we “weren’t registered” in the room! But I had confirmation, we were given room keys, and my credit card showed confirmation! There was partying in the parking lot and on our floor. Not a thing was done about it! By far the scariest and most awful hotel experience we’ve ever had! I will be calling the corporate offices on Monday morning. Oh and let me add, the fire alarm just went off 20 mins ago as well. I’m sure it was a kid or a drunk that’s out of control as well. Don’t bring your family here!

The lady on the phone when booking never told me the pool was closed so my kids and I were very disappointed as that’s the only reason we were staying, there was people running through the hallways all night long until 4am. & the lady in the morning making breakfast got very rude with my kids when they were getting juice.
