Stayed here twice for work. Complete Jekyll and Hyde experience. First time, stayed on 3rd floor. Beautiful room, accommodating and a good stay. Second time, walked in to a room on second floor, lights on, towel on bathroom floor and a used razor. Told employee on site, all he said was “you’re the only one in that room sir.” I don’t know if it is because it was the second floor this time, or maybe overbooked but after the lack of assistance I received this second time I had trouble getting comfortable thinking my room was either not cleaned or I might be getting an overnight visitor. Needless to say, I won’t be back. I give an OK cause the first time was a good experience

The rooms were very spacious however not clean and the beds were terrible!! We had hair on the walls , on the vanity and on our bedding when we turned them down. There was food on the floor when we opened the pullout sofa . The room was not cleaned properly! The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable! Be aware that the hotel is very noisy & you constantly hear police & sirens or at least during our stay it was every night all night. On a positive the front desk staff was very friendly!
